Optometrist

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Optometrist role based in Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations, including vision tests, refraction, and assessment of ocular health.
• Diagnose vision accurately.
• Prescribe and dispense lenses.
• Advise customers on appropriate lenses, frames, and contact lenses.
• Counsel customers or patients on eye health, proper lens care, and follow-up needs.
• Use diagnostic equipment.
• Adhere to clinical and retail protocols.
• Support store targets through high-quality, ethical eye care.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate closely with store teams to deliver a safe, efficient, and positive customer experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Training will be imparted in Bangalore Lenskart Academy for approximately a month post-finalization.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Optometry (Bachelor’s or Diploma) from a recognized institution.
• Course completing applicants may enquire to provide their final term results.
