About the Role

At Palette Hire, we work with some of India’s most interesting consumer brands across creative, design, marketing and D2C. We’re looking for someone who can own hiring mandates end-to-end, build strong client relationships and drive revenue through successful closures. This is not just a sourcing job. You’ll work closely with clients, understand what they need, find the right people and take ownership of getting the hire across the line.

Location: Bangalore, On Site

Key Responsibilities

• Own recruitment mandates end-to-end, from understanding the brief to candidate closure.
• Work closely with clients on hiring needs, search strategy, feedback and market insights.
• Source, evaluate and recommend candidates based on fit, not just CVs.
• Manage multiple searches, keep pipelines moving and drive closures.
• Own revenue outcomes from your mandates and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Contribute to Palette’s social media presence by sharing interesting roles, spotting trends and creating content around hiring, brands and internet culture.

What we’re looking for

• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment consulting.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to speak with clients and candidates.
• A sharp eye for talent, good judgment and attention to detail.
• Comfort with targets, numbers and accountability for outcomes.
• An understanding of social media and internet culture, with an interest in creating content.
• Someone proactive who takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
