Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages.
• Follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Operate coffee machines.
• Handle food preparation for light snacks.
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter and seating area.
• Ensure proper stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Greet guests, take orders, and process payments.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service.
• Work closely with team members to support smooth operations during peak hours.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.

• Barista or food safety training is an added advantage.
