About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Help customers understand diamond quality and value.
• Support studded jewellery sales.
• Demonstrate diamonds using in-store equipment.
• Assist with technical product checks.

• Good communication skills in English and the regional language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous knowledge or experience in diamonds, gemmology or jewellery retail is an advantage.

Training Programme Details

• Duration: 5 weeks, in-person classroom-based.
• Fees: FREE.
• Training Location: Mumbai.
• Start Date: 16 November 2026.
• Application Deadline: 31 October 2026.
• Candidates must arrange their own travel and accommodation.
