About the Role
LawSikho is expanding its team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join as a Counselling Trainee. This is a 100% remote role, perfect for freshers or professionals from non-sales backgrounds looking to build a career in counselling. The role involves working with warm leads, engaging with decision makers, and persistent follow-ups to guide prospects through LawSikho's courses. This is not a cold calling role but requires strong communication and a consistent outreach mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.
- Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively.
- Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
Compensation, Perks & Training
- Training Period: 45-90 days (online)
- Stipend during training: ₹10,000 INR
- Post-Training: Upon successful completion
- Full-time Salary: ₹40,000 INR per month + Up to 30k Incentives
- This is a 100% remote opportunity.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- CRM system experience (experience with tools like Salesforce is a plus, but not required).
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or students in their final year.
- Professionals from non-sales backgrounds looking for a career switch.
- Candidates with strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Candidates with basic Tech comfort.
Additional Information
- Timings: 10 AM – 8 PM (with 1–2 hr break)
- Weekly offs: Friday and Saturday (5 days working)
- Joining: October and November, 2026.
