About the Role
Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) is hiring a Sr. Finance Executive for its Home Care manufacturing network in Doom Dooma, Assam. This role will work closely with the supply chain & supply chain finance team and support financial controlling, savings governance, and reporting across multiple factories.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting cost control through budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Assisting in driving the savings agenda, including tracking, governance, and benefits validation.
- Supporting project appraisals and financial evaluation of capital and cost initiatives.
- Ensuring adherence to financial governance and control processes across the manufacturing network.
- Preparing and maintaining central reports, dashboards, and MIS for performance tracking.
- Coordinating with site finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial submissions.
- Supporting audits, reviews, and compliance requirements.
- Frequent travel across factories to support reviews, governance discussions, and project evaluations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- CA qualification.
- Prior exposure to plant / manufacturing / supply chain finance is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good stakeholder management ability.
- Comfort with data and reporting.
Qualifications
- CA with 0-3 years experience.
