About the Role
CertED Technologies is seeking a full-time, on-site Trainer for Computer Science and Engineering graduates. This role focuses on practical skill development aligned with industry needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare training materials.
- Deliver structured modules.
- Guide learners through hands-on projects.
- Assess performance through assignments, tests, and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine curricula.
- Integrate emerging technologies and tools.
- Maintain training documentation and reports.
- Support fresher hiring initiatives by evaluating candidates’ technical and professional readiness.
- Help learners transition into corporate environments.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Engineering.
- Knowledge of at least one full stack development area (e.g., MERN, Java, Python, or .NET).
- Familiarity with modern technology domains such as Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, Cloud and DevOps (AWS, Azure, or GCP), or UI/UX and web development.
Qualifications
- Preferably an MTech in CSE or a closely related discipline.
- Ability to teach core concepts and best practices in full stack development.
- Ability to design and deliver structured technical training programs, including curriculum planning, lesson creation, and hands-on lab activities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to explain complex technical topics clearly and engagingly.
- Comfort working with fresher cohorts, mentoring learners, and providing constructive feedback.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Exposure to corporate environments, industry projects, or internships is an advantage.
- Prior teaching or training experience is a plus but not mandatory.
