Key Responsibilities

• Provide complete admission-related information to students, assisting them through the admission process for JEE/NEET.
• Assess student performance in entrance exams and help shortlist colleges based on their interests and high chances of admission.
• Contact potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings.
• Counsel students on learning methods.
• Take up revenue responsibility.
• Inform students about JEE and NEET exams over the phone, counsel them, and convince them to subscribe.

Qualifications

• Education Qualification: Any Graduate in Any Specialization. Preferably a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology.
• 0-2 years counseling experience in the Education Domain. Freshers can also apply.
• Strong active listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to guide students and provide ongoing support as they make important career decisions.
