About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. As an Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with potential business clients, initiating and maintaining communication, and supporting lead generation efforts. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive outreach campaigns, connect with key decision-makers, and ensure a professional and value-driven client experience. Your role will be essential in expanding our B2B network and creating new business opportunities through direct outreach and follow-ups.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and confident approach to outreach.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for outreach and communication is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
