About the Role
The Marketing Executive role at Krishiv Insurance is a full-time, on-site position. The individual will support the development and execution of marketing plans to promote insurance and mediclaim services, including campaign coordination and brand-building activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research.
- Analyze customer and competitor insights.
- Contribute to promotional strategies across online and offline channels.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to generate leads.
- Support client acquisition.
- Assist in presentations and marketing collateral.
- Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders.
- Track campaign performance.
- Prepare regular reports to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Skills in Market Planning and Marketing.
- Skills in Market Research.
- Strong Communication and Sales skills.
- Basic knowledge of insurance or financial services, with an interest in life, non-life, and mediclaim products.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in common office and presentation tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Mumbai.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to maintain a client-focused mindset.
