About The Role

Zookout needs someone to give its story a voice, a personality, and momentum online through social media. This role involves owning how Zookout appears on social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Reels, Shorts, stories, and social-first content people want to watch, save, and share.
• Experiment with hooks, formats, and recurring series to find out what works.
• Explore Mumbai to visit restaurants, cafés, salons, and more, finding real stories to tell.
• Host or direct others on camera.
• Collaborate with creators, customers, businesses, and brands.
• Build community by turning comments and DMs into conversations.
• Contribute ideas to Zookout’s content, community, and growth strategy.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years creating content for brands or personal channels. Personal creator projects count.
• A strong sense of hooks, storytelling, and what makes short-form video work.
• Comfortable on camera and/or directing others to create great content.
• Happy to meet strangers, visit outlets, and shoot on the go around Mumbai.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• An ownership mindset: takes initiative and sees ideas through.
• Experimental and original, with fresh perspectives and out-of-the-box ideas.
• An Instagram profile or portfolio that shows your work. No minimum follower count needed.
