Logistics Coordinator (Entry-Level)

The Role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving daily freight brokerage operations. You will work alongside Transportation Brokers to manage active loads, utilize high-speed tech tools, and ensure supply chains operate efficiently. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment and enjoy solving logistics challenges. Full training will be provided on the proprietary TMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Master the Logistics Lifecycle: Build loads, schedule pickup/delivery appointments, and set up vetted carriers within digital platforms.
• Keep Freight Moving: Proactively conduct update/check calls with carriers, track active shipments, and deliver real-time updates to shippers and customers.
• Carrier Sourcing & Outreach: Build relationships with carriers by inquiring about lane availability, equipment types, and capacity.
• Maintain Compliance & Documentation: Request and verify insurance certificates, handle rate confirmations, and update carrier resources.
• Streamline Operations & Finance: Match invoices, issue Com-checks or Quick Pays, and leverage digital tools for daily office workflows.
• Deliver 5-Star Service: Provide high-touch customer support.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Tech-Savvy & Adaptive: Embrace high-speed tech and digital tools.
• Google Suite Proficiency: Strong command of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, etc.).
• AI & Tech Familiarity: Exposure to or familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Rock-Solid Attention to Detail: Accuracy in managing load data, compliance records, and financial documents.
