About the Role

• A remote traineeship program for a Data Analyst.
• The Data Analyst trainee will work with healthcare-related datasets, clean and validate data, and prepare reports and dashboards that support internal teams and partner providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct exploratory data analysis.
• Apply basic statistical techniques.
• Assist in building or refining data models to answer business questions.
• Collaborate with team members to translate data findings into clear insights.
• Support ongoing analytical projects.
• Document methods and results for future reference.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Analytical Skills
• Foundational Data Analytics capabilities
• Knowledge of Statistics and experience applying statistical concepts to real-world data
• Skills in Data Modeling and working with structured datasets
• Effective Communication skills to present complex findings in a clear, concise manner
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python/R for data analysis is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with diverse teams is important.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
