About the Role

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to connect with US-based customers through inbound and outbound calls, understand their requirements, and assist them throughout the pre-sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about services.
• Explain service features, benefits, and offerings clearly to customers.
• Meet assigned performance and quality standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• 12th passed or graduate.
• Comfortable communicating with US-based customers through inbound and outbound calls.
• Good customer-handling and active listening skills.

Shift: Night Shift

Salary: 15000 to 22000 in hand with performance-based incentives.
