About the Role

A full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring production activities.
• Coordinating teams.
• Ensuring work meets safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Managing production schedules.
• Allocating resources.
• Tracking output.
• Resolving operational issues in real time.
• Clear communication with management and other departments.
• Maintaining documentation.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to manage production schedules and coordinate production planning to meet delivery timelines.
• Experience in production management, including workflow optimization and adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members, maintenance, quality, and management.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing or machinery production environments is highly beneficial.
• Working knowledge of shop floor processes.
• Basic MS Office.
• Familiarity with ERP or production tracking systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to solve problems proactively.
• Ability to maintain a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
