Job Title: Westchester #90 Takeout/Food Runner

Key Responsibilities
- Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training.
- Supports fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food/drink running, etc., as needed.
- Be knowledgeable regarding Food & Beverage menus and items, current food and/or drink promotions and specials, and answer guests’ questions verbally and clearly.
- Accurately enter orders into POS system.
- Retrieve food or drink orders from kitchen or bar area, and deliver them to guests in a timely manner.
- Collect guests’ payments (credit cards, cash, or gift cards only), ensure transactions are correct using POS efficiently, calculate and deliver correct change to guests in a timely manner.
- Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, assigned sidework.
- Pack and verify all ToGo orders with guest.
- Greet guests at the curbside pickup area.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- POS system
- Ability to speak, read and write English.
- Ability to read and write handwritten guest checks, notes, etc.
- Must be 21 or Over to enroll in 401K.
Qualifications
- Can physically stand/walk 100% of shift.
- Can reach, bend, stoop frequently.
- Able to deliver plates, and clear tables of plates and glasses, which may require lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program.
- Complete and pass food safety certification program.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Work in a fast paced environment.
- Five (5) Day Work Week.
