About the Role
The Business Central Finance Functional Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with a focus on finance modules. The role involves providing finance and management consulting, recommending process improvements, and ensuring successful project delivery.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
- Gathering and analyzing client requirements.
- Designing finance-related workflows.
- Mapping business processes.
- Configuring General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, and other financial functionalities.
- Preparing documentation.
- Conducting user training.
- Supporting UAT.
- Troubleshooting functional issues in collaboration with technical teams.
- Working closely with clients to provide finance and management consulting.
- Recommending process improvements.
- Ensuring successful project delivery.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for requirements gathering, process mapping, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in Consulting and Management Consulting for ERP/CRM or business applications.
- Solid Finance and Accounting knowledge, including core financial processes and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP finance modules.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in ERP or finance are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
