About the Role
Johnson Service Group is seeking a Graduate Engineering Intern to support project management, technical reviews, procurement, and water quality data collection and analysis for their client in San Jose.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project scope, cost, and schedule management.
- Review technical documents, reports, design plans, specifications, and project deliverables.
- Help prepare and coordinate project meetings.
- Support internal team communication and coordination.
- Maintain project files and databases.
- Assist with procurement of long-lead equipment and materials.
- Support water quality data collection and analysis as needed.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Currently enrolled as a continuing graduate student at an accredited college or university, carrying at least 9 units per term.
- Pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Available to work part-time, 20 hours per week, up to 960 hours annually.
- Valid California driver’s license and good driving record.
- Able to work in both office and field environments.
- Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Available for a hybrid schedule, with approximately 60% onsite and 40% remote work.
Compensation: $32.27/hr.
