Talent Acquisition Specialist (Entry-Level)

About the Role

The Fountain Group is seeking driven and energetic individuals for an Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Specialist role in Tampa, FL. This position offers hands-on training to develop professional skills and build a career in recruiting.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with candidates by making 75–150 outbound calls daily to identify, engage, and build relationships.
• Identify qualified candidates using job boards, professional networks, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Conduct interviews to learn about candidate experience, career goals, and qualifications.
• Match candidates with opportunities by reviewing job descriptions and aligning candidate skills with client needs.
• Build strong resumes by formatting and tailoring them using Microsoft Word to highlight relevant qualifications.
• Collaborate with recruiting managers and teammates to meet hiring goals.
• Develop expertise in new industries, recruiting techniques, and strategies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Microsoft Word
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer applications.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, call centers, or recruiting is a plus, but not required.
