About the Role

IntellGlobal.com is seeking to expand its capabilities through specialized Information Technology services, building partnerships with experienced freelancers and agencies. The role involves collaborating with IntellGlobal.com to deliver high-quality IT solutions and support for various IT initiatives and projects. This is an on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Assessing client requirements.
• Proposing and implementing technical solutions.
• Managing IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting issues.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Contributing to process improvements, documentation, and best practices for IT service delivery.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Demonstrated experience delivering professional IT services as a freelancer or agency partner, including project-based or ongoing support engagements.
• Strong technical foundation in one or more areas such as infrastructure management, software implementation, networking, systems administration, cloud services, or cybersecurity.
• Ability to analyze client needs, translate requirements into actionable solutions, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven reliability in meeting deadlines, managing multiple projects, and maintaining high standards of service quality and documentation.
• Familiarity with industry best practices, IT service management frameworks, and collaborative tools used for project coordination and reporting.
• Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru, with flexibility to engage in client meetings, workshops, and team sessions as needed.
• Experience partnering with organizations in a B2B context.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional certifications or a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields are beneficial.
