About the Role

• Practice full-scope family medicine across the lifespan.
• Utilize AI copilots to reduce charting time.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments.
• Diagnose and build evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging.
• Refer to specialists when needed.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, medications, and prevention.
• Deliver attentive care and manage clinic flow.
• Run telemedicine visits.
• Partner with medical assistants, scribes, and aftercare teams.
• Document encounters in the EMR.
• Use AI copilots for documentation, clinical decision support, and admin.
• Work alongside physicians and clinical staff.
• Mentor interns and students.
• Contribute ideas to improve clinic efficiency.
• Participate in monthly provider syncs and one-on-ones.
• Complete ongoing training.

New Grad Training Program

• Three months of 1:1 mentorship with a tenured provider.
• No independent patient load during training.
• Clear path to full provider role upon program completion and competency testing.

What You'll Earn + What You'll Get

• Base Salary: $125,000 - $188,000 (depending on experience and schedule)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 (based on experience)

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MSN/DNP with Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialization
• Active New York State NP license
• Board certification: AANP or ANCC (FNP)
• EMR experience
• Strong HIPAA knowledge
• FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
• DEA & CDL preferred or willingness to obtain
• Preferred: 1+ year primary/urgent care experience
• Preferred: Bilingual English/Spanish
