About the Role

Location: Bengaluru (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time
CTC: Up to ₹3-3.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding, engagement, and success.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover new partnership opportunities.
- Support business expansion initiatives and contribute to the company's growth strategy.
- Track partnership performance and help optimize partner engagement programs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Understanding of business development, partnerships, and market research.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
- Prior exposure to fintech, foreign exchange, payments, or banking is an advantage.
