Edison Lighting is an established manufacturer of premium architectural and decorative lighting solutions. The company has a presence across Bangalore, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, and Mumbai, working closely with architects, interior designers, developers, and businesses.
The Opportunity
Edison Lighting is seeking a Sales & Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day business operations, client communications, and sales coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage client quotations, invoices, and business documentation.
- Coordinate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and project updates.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain accurate records.
- Manage client communications through emails and phone calls.
- Support the sales team with order processing, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Track deliveries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain organized records, reports, and operational data.
- Assist with daily administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in handling client interactions.
- Previous experience in sales coordination, administration, customer support, or a similar role is an advantage. Freshers with excellent communication and computer skills are also welcome to apply.
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- The 2nd Saturday of each month is a holiday.
Location
- Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore (On-site)
