About the Role
- Senior Telecalling Officer role in the Collections calling Unit.
- Outbound Collections process.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments.
- Contact debtors to inquire of their payment status.
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain financial matters firmly and clearly.

Compensation
- Gross Salary: 19000/-
- In-hand Salary (after deduction): 16000/- (Includes Medical insurance and provident funds)
- Incentives: Up to 12000/- (based on performance every month)
