Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are building an end-to-end digital marketing engine that is ~95% AI and ~5% human approval, covering website content, social accounts & posting, AI video, and CRM follow-up through to contact and conversion. This role is focused on operating the machine daily and escalating only what requires human approval.

Key Responsibilities

• Run AI workflows for content, posts, short videos, and campaigns.
• Ensure brand voice and compliance before content goes live.
• Manage social publishing and basic Meta / Google Ads setup.
• Push leads into CRM and follow the follow-up checklist.
• Collaborate with the web builder and the wider digital team.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with ChatGPT / Claude, Canva, CapCut (or similar).
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads / Google Ads.
• Familiarity with one CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
• Ability to follow checklists, ask questions when unsure, and accept AI's role in the process.
• English proficiency suitable for client-facing copy reviews.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience, with a strong aptitude for fast learning.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Forex / Fintech / Crypto content.
• Basic SEO.
• Experience with WhatsApp or email sequences.
