TikTok LIVE Host & Social Media Manager

About the Role

Bocaj Narima - Fine Jewelry is an online-only fine jewelry brand specializing in lab-grown diamonds and made-to-order engagement rings. We are launching live auctions on TikTok Shop and are seeking a confident, camera-loving host to lead them.

Schedule: Approximately 10 AM to 4-5 PM at our Downtown Miami office, 30-40 hours/week. Evening shows may be added in the future.

Pay: $30/hour plus performance bonuses.

The first month is a paid trial period.

This is a ground-floor role with room to grow. As LIVE sales grow, so does pay. Top performers may receive raises, a bigger bonus share, and a path to lead the live team.

Key Responsibilities

• Host TikTok LIVE shows and auctions, presenting rings, studs, and pendants with energy and product knowledge.
• Keep viewers engaged with Q&A, giveaways, and real-time selling.
• Hit stream goals: watch time, follows, conversion, and sales.
• Manage the shop's social media: plan and post daily TikTok videos and Instagram content to build audience before each show.
• Reply to comments and DMs, and coordinate promotions with the team.
• Review each stream and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience hosting TikTok LIVE, Whatnot, or other live shopping (jewelry is a big plus).
• Natural and confident on camera.
• Strong communicator and closer.
• Social media skills.
• English required; Spanish a plus.
• Reliable, organized, and open to occasional evenings.
