HR Intern

About the Role

• Position: HR Intern
• Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
• Duration: 3 Months
• Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month

• We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Noida. The intern will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and other HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
• Support the HR team with day-to-day activities as required.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
