About the Role

The Recruiter role at M K Construction focuses on leading end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• Contact candidates to explain job openings and check their suitability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and selection status.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Prepare and post job descriptions on relevant job portals.
• Support offer rollout, joining formalities, and onboarding activities.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team.
• Willingness to learn sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

Qualifications

• Graduate in HR, MBA HR, or a related field.
