About the Role
CARS24 Australia is seeking a Quality Control Intern to support the quality team in inspecting vehicles, documenting findings, and ensuring refurbished cars meet internal quality standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual and functional checks on vehicles.
- Assist in the implementation of quality procedures.
- Help track defects and corrective actions.
- Work closely with refurbishment, operations, and quality assurance teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by gathering data, preparing basic reports, and suggesting process enhancements under guidance.
- Review vehicle photos for quality, clarity, and consistency.
- Verify car details, features, and supporting documents.
- Flag errors or missing information and follow up on corrections.
- Maintain QC trackers and support daily listing checks.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Clear communication.
Qualifications
- A fresher with a passion for cars.
- Basic automotive knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Curiosity.
- A willingness to learn.
- Availability for the full 3-month internship.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week.
