Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients with professionalism and enthusiasm in a retail setting.
• Connect with customers to introduce products, services, and current promotions.
• Answer customer questions and provide personalized product and service recommendations.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and communication.
• Work closely with teammates to achieve daily performance and customer experience goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete required sales documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, leadership, customer engagement, and professional development.
