About the Role
The Clinic Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care and clinical support across obstetrics, gynaecology, and aesthetic/reconstructive plastic surgery services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru East.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient assessment
- Vital sign monitoring
- Pre- and post-procedure care
- Medication administration as per protocols
- Assistance during examinations and minor procedures
- Coordination of patient flow
- Preparation of treatment rooms
- Maintenance of accurate and timely documentation
- Ensuring adherence to infection control and safety standards
- Patient education
- Counseling on pre- and post-operative instructions
- Coordination with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support smooth clinic operations
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with appropriate nursing council registration
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Basic clinic management or electronic health record (EHR) systems
Qualifications
- Preferably with experience in obstetrics, gynaecology, or surgical/critical care settings
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, vital sign monitoring, wound care, IV/IM medication administration, and basic emergency response
- Knowledge of pre- and post-operative nursing care, surgical asepsis, infection control practices, and safe handling of medical equipment and supplies
- Ability to maintain accurate medical records and complete nursing documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams with empathy and professionalism
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple patients, manage clinic workflow, and prioritize tasks
- Commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory, and patient-centered care, including respect for diverse backgrounds, identities, and cultures
- Willingness to work full time in an on-site clinical environment in Bengaluru East, with flexibility for clinic hours and occasional extended shifts
