About the Role
- This role is open to freshers and early-career sales/support professionals.
- Participate in a 2-3 week training program with a stipend of 1000 Rs per day.
- Further growth potential for high performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage prospects via calls.
- Qualify leads.
- Handle objections.
- Identify pain points.
- Schedule qualified leads for the Sales team.
- Maintain CRM records.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and skill-building.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good communication (verbal/written).
- Customer-facing attitude.
- Basic computer/CRM skills.
- Reliable internet.
Qualifications
- Freshers with strong communication skills.
- 1+ years in B2C sales, telesales, inside sales, customer support, or lead qualification.
- Comfortable on customer calls.
- Target-driven.
- Coachable.
- CRM experience a plus.
- Graduation preferred, not mandatory for strong freshers.
Work Environment: High-energy, collaborative work environment. 5 days working with roaster shifts.
Shift Timing: 10 AM - 7 PM (9 hours/day)
Compensation: Salary Budget: 2 - 4.8 LPA + commission (5.5 - 7 LPA OTE)
