Key Responsibilities

• Assist with legal research.
• Draft and review contracts, pleadings, opinions, and other legal documents.
• Support senior lawyers in case preparation and strategy.
• Analyze legal issues.
• Prepare case notes and briefs.
• Attend client meetings.
• Coordinate with court offices and other authorities as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Track deadlines.
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Work collaboratively within practice teams.
• Manage assigned tasks independently and efficiently.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Legal research tools.
• Basic office productivity software.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Law, with sound understanding of core legal principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal agreements, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting statutes, case law, and regulatory materials, and applying them to specific factual situations.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear written advocacy and professional client-facing communication.
• Ability to identify, assess, and address Legal Issues across different practice areas in a structured and timely manner.
• LLB from a recognized university.
• Enrollment with the Bar Council preferred.
• Previous internship or work experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is an advantage.

• Ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously.
