Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Shrimp PL Sales Executive to join our sales team and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell shrimp post-larvae (PL) to shrimp farmers and hatchery customers.
• Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing farmers.
• Conduct regular farm visits and follow up with customers.
• Understand farmers’ requirements and recommend suitable seed solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support business growth.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good communication and customer relationship skills.
• Knowledge of shrimp farming and the local aquaculture market.
• Willingness to travel and visit farms regularly.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow with the company.
