Walk-in || Operations Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Manage backend operations, ensuring seamless processing of customer requests through various channels (email, chat, semi voice).
- Provide exceptional back office support to clients by resolving their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Handle non-voice processes such as email and chat support with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain high levels of quality standards while performing tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
