About GenAIx
GenAIx is an enterprise AI workforce intelligence and upskilling platform focused on change management for AI adoption and behavioral change. The platform combines continuously updated, role- and department-specific training with behavioral insights to help new habits stick. GenAIx is an early-stage company with signed enterprise pilots, and the intern will work directly with the founding team.

- Run outbound campaigns across LinkedIn and email, testing messaging and tracking results.
- Transform research on AI adoption, workplace behavior, and change management into content for LinkedIn posts, carousels, and short-form content.
- Research reasons for stalled AI rollouts and collect case studies, data, and buyer pain points to refine positioning.
- Assist in planning and promoting webinars, events, and community touchpoints.
- Track funnel metrics (reach, replies, meetings booked) and report weekly on campaign effectiveness.
- Support pilot and partnership outreach, including co-marketing and referral channels.

- Experience in marketing, sales, or content.

- Hands-on experience in enterprise sales, AI adoption, and the behavioral aspects of organizational change.
- Ownership of projects with visible results, a strong reference, and potential for increased responsibility.
