About the Role
Maxim Healthcare Services is searching for competent and caring individuals to work one-on-one with children on the Autism Spectrum as a Behavior Technician. This is an entry-level position in psychology, early childhood development, or special education. Maxim Healthcare will pay for all necessary certification and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
- Document child progress and milestones.
- Follow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Qualifications
- Passion for working with children with special needs.
- Strong communication skills.
Compensation
- $24 - $27 per hour
