Supply Relationship Manager, Bangalore

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Supply RM to join our Inside Sales team. The Supply RM will work from the office and act as the initial point of contact for customers. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining plans and subscription offerings, handling objections, following up with interested customers and converting customers into paid subscribers. The primary responsibility is to ensure successful plan enrolment and closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers through inbound and outbound calls and understand their property requirements.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers entering the sales funnel.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans or subscription offerings.
• Explain plan features, benefits, pricing and value proposition clearly.
• Handle customer queries, objections and concerns effectively.
• Follow up consistently with interested customers to drive conversions.
• Convince and negotiate with customers to complete the purchase.
• Take complete ownership of plan closure and customer enrolment.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in the CRM.
• Work on fresh leads as well as older leads through structured follow-ups.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling or B2C Sales preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, objection-handling and closing skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Strong follow-up and lead-management skills.
• Self-motivated, persistent and result-oriented.
