Life Insurance Specialist

About the Role

The Life Insurance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for advising individuals and families on suitable life insurance solutions, including protection, savings, and retirement products, aligned with their financial goals and risk profiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet prospective and existing customers.
• Explain product features and benefits.
• Prepare personalized proposals.
• Support customers through the application, underwriting, and policy issuance process.
• Manage policy renewals.
• Handle customer queries and service requests.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.
• Meet assigned sales and service targets.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in local languages and English.
• Familiarity with basic computer and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Sales.
• Solid knowledge of Insurance and basic to intermediate Finance concepts.
• Excellent Customer Service capabilities.
• Relevant experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Demonstrated integrity, customer-centric mindset, and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
