About the Role

The Certified Specialist will support ICICI Life Insurance Limited by guiding customers on suitable insurance and financial solutions aligned with their life stage and goals. This part-time remote role involves engaging with customers through digital and telephonic channels, explaining product features, and assisting with policy selection and basic documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform initial needs assessments.
• Provide information on term, wealth, child education, and retirement plans.
• Ensure a clear understanding of benefits and policy terms.
• Track and report customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address queries and improve service quality.
• Engage with customers through digital and telephonic channels.
• Ongoing learning about product updates, regulatory guidelines, and best practices in customer service.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Digital communication and remote-working skills.
• Proficiency with online meeting tools, CRM systems, and secure document handling.

Qualifications

• Customer advisory and service skills, including the ability to understand financial protection needs and explain complex products in clear, accessible language.
• Sales and relationship management skills to build trust, follow up with prospects, and support policy acquisition in a compliant and ethical manner.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer requirements, identify appropriate solutions, and resolve basic product or process queries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Additional regional language proficiency is an advantage.
• Prior experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services is preferred.
• Relevant certification in insurance or financial planning is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage part-time schedules effectively, and meet quality and compliance standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
• Candidates with equivalent professional experience in insurance or financial services are encouraged to apply.
