We are looking for motivated VLSI Design Verification Engineers to join our team and contribute to developing reliable, high-quality semiconductor products.

Role Overview

The VLSI Design Verification Engineer will be responsible for verifying RTL designs, developing test environments, identifying design issues, and ensuring functional correctness through simulation and structured verification methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute verification plans for digital designs and IP blocks.
• Create and maintain testbenches using SystemVerilog and Universal Verification Methodology (UVM).
• Develop directed and constrained-random tests to validate design functionality.
• Write and debug SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA).
• Implement functional coverage and analyze coverage results.
• Perform RTL simulation, debug failures, and identify potential design issues.
• Collaborate with RTL design, architecture, and verification teams.
• Track bugs, document verification results, and support regression testing.
• Contribute to improving verification efficiency and overall design quality.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong fundamentals in digital electronics and VLSI design.
• Knowledge of Verilog and SystemVerilog.
• Understanding of RTL design and functional verification concepts.
• Familiarity with UVM and testbench architecture.
• Knowledge of assertions, functional coverage, and constrained-random verification.
• Understanding of simulation and debugging workflows.
• Basic Linux command-line skills and scripting knowledge using Python or Bash.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with EDA simulation tools and regression environments.
• Experience with AXI, AHB, APB, or other standard protocols is an advantage.
• Knowledge of scripting and verification automation is a plus.

Qualifications

• M.Tech in VLSI / Electronics / Electrical Engineering / Electronics & Communication or a related field.
• Academic or project experience in RTL verification.
