Walk-in for a Customer Relationship Manager position at ICICI Lombard.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers.
- Call existing customers who have visited the website (warm leads).
- Understand customer requirements and explain insurance products.
- Sell insurance policies and close sales effectively.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Rotational shifts: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Any 9.5hrs)
- 5 Days working
- 2 rotational weekoffs
