About the Role
- Full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai.
- Oversees the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for senior and leadership positions.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Develops employer branding strategies.
- Ensures a seamless candidate experience.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Compensation: up to 10 L.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting.
- Experience managing recruitment processes from start to finish.
- Strong capabilities in Interviewing and Screening candidates.
- Expertise in Hiring strategies with a focus on attracting top-tier leadership talent.
- Experience in Employer Branding.
- Knowledge of Recruitment best practices and talent acquisition tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
