Immigration Consultant

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Consultant role based in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through visa and immigration processes for multiple destinations.
• Assess client eligibility.
• Advise on suitable pathways.
• Explain regulatory requirements.
• Conduct client consultations.
• Prepare and review documentation.
• Coordinate application submissions.
• Maintain accurate case records.
• Stay updated on changing immigration laws and policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance.
• Provide clear, professional communication throughout the client journey.
• Contribute to maintaining service quality.
• Support client satisfaction.
• Uphold the consultancy’s ethical and regulatory standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong knowledge of immigration issues and global immigration systems.
• Ability to interpret and apply relevant regulations.
• Experience handling visa processes, including documentation, application preparation, and procedural guidance.
• Understanding of relevant law and policy frameworks connected to immigration and international mobility.
• Consulting skills, including client assessment, solution-focused advising, and professional case management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse client backgrounds.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and basic case management or CRM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in immigration consulting, student counseling, or related professional services is an advantage.
• Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and continuous learning in a regulated environment.
