About the Role
Work on behalf of RWS to test and evaluate how clients’ search engines respond to everyday searches. Enhance AI data to improve the online search engine experience for clients’ users.
Key Responsibilities
- Test and evaluate search engine responses.
- Provide feedback on text, audio, images, and videos.
- Refine AI data used by major search engines, social media sites, streaming platforms, and more.
- Continually maintain quality and accuracy SLAs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- English and Kannada proficiency.
- Currently reside in India.
- Strong understanding of popular culture in India.
- Commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week, maximum of 20 hours per week (Avg. 15 h/weekly).
- Must sign and adhere to project NDA.
- Have a smartphone and personal computer with reliable internet connection.
- Reliable antivirus software.
- Must pass training modules and a required test.
- Only one Search Quality Rater per household.
- Must be 18+ years old.
Qualifications
- Web-savvy with search expertise.
- Excellent skills in online research.
- Inquisitive by nature with a real interest in AI.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-discipline to stick to a schedule and get work done.
- Critical thinker with the ability to analyze information and assess its relevance or significance.
- No previous experience is required.
