About the Role
Assists with construction estimating, scheduling, reporting, cost control, measurement verification, and invoice certification for all work being performed by the contractor in the assigned area of the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete bill certification process.
- Measure quantities.
- Resolve extra scope for the assigned construction area, structure, domain, or discipline.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction estimating, scheduling, reporting, cost control, measurement verification, and invoice certification.
