The Professor role at REVA University is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver lectures, seminars, and practical sessions, ensuring that course content aligns with academic standards and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced academic qualifications (preferably a Ph.D.) in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
• Demonstrated teaching experience at the university level, with the ability to design and deliver engaging, outcome-based courses.
• Proven research record, including publications in peer-reviewed journals, conference presentations, or funded projects.
• Strong mentoring and academic advising skills, with a commitment to student-centered learning and inclusive pedagogy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate within diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with modern teaching tools, learning management systems, and educational technologies.
• Experience contributing to curriculum development, academic governance, or accreditation activities is an advantage.
