About the Role

• Full-time, on-site position in Delhi.
• Salary up to 35,000 INR per month, depending on experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns across relevant channels to generate leads and support sales objectives.
• Conduct market research.
• Analyze campaign performance.
• Optimize targeting and messaging.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
• Prepare regular reports on key metrics.
• Contribute to marketing strategies.
• Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure campaigns align with business goals and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong Market Planning and Marketing skills.
• Solid Market Research and Sales skills.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Relevant experience in performance marketing, digital advertising platforms, and basic data analysis or reporting tools is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
