About the Role
Operations Executive at VFPL Capital, located in East Patel Nagar, New Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain loan sheets in Excel with accurate case data.
- Collect and assess customer documents for completeness and authenticity.
- Conduct first-level risk analysis on eligibility, income, and credit details.
- Log in to lender and bank portals to upload cases and track status.
- Process loan applications through to disbursement.
- Coordinate with sales team, customers, and lenders to close pending items.
- Maintain clean case records and share daily status updates.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables).
- Good understanding of KYC and income documents is a plus.
- Good communication in Hindi and English.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream.
- Currently based in Delhi.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in loan processing, banking, or NBFC operations preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
