About the Role
Hiring enthusiastic and motivated freshers for AR Follow-Up, Calling and Backend Process roles at our Noida & Gurugram location. Candidates with good communication skills and a willingness to work in a fixed night shift are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to clients or relevant stakeholders for account receivable (AR) follow-ups.
- Follow up on pending payments, outstanding balances, and overdue accounts.
- Communicate professionally to understand payment status and resolve basic payment-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and payment updates in the system.
- Perform backend activities, including data entry, documentation, and updating customer/account information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and process targets.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and data confidentiality requirements.
- Review claim and account information to identify pending or unpaid claims.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Graduate Freshers are eligible to apply.
- B.E./B.Tech candidates are NOT eligible.
- Good verbal communication skills are required.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office are preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from the Noida or Gurugram office during fixed night shifts.
- Willingness to work in a fixed night shift (6:30 pm to 3:30 am).
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a process-driven B2B environment.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred. Immediate joiners are preferred.
